Is there any one from Oklahoma on this site that are blind or Visually impaired.
I'm not sure if you knew this but one thing that you can do to track down users from specific locations is to go to the
User profiles page and from there you can sort users by location. That won't give you a definitive list of users from Oklahoma, but it will at least give you the list of everybody who gave Oklahoma as their location.
